HONGLI's export business runs on three teams: sales, engineering and after-sales. Sales handles enquiries, quotations and order coordination in English for overseas buyers. Engineering advises on model selection and OEM/ODM configuration — mast, tyres, battery and attachments — for each market. After-sales manages warranty, spare parts and technical support once machines are in the field. Together they support dealers and importers from first quote to long-term parts supply.
