Before ordering, confirm battery chemistry and usable capacity, charger input voltage and plug, expected shift hours, charging window and local electrical conditions. The quotation should also state the mast, forks, tyres, attachments, packing method, Incoterm, destination port, warranty terms and included documentation.
For service or spare-parts requests after delivery, provide the forklift model, serial information, component photos and fault description. This allows the parts team to identify compatible items before shipment.

Should I choose a lead-acid or lithium battery?
Lead-acid is suitable when initial cost is the priority and scheduled charging is practical. Li-ion is better suited to opportunity charging and multi-shift work. We size the battery after confirming shift length and charging conditions.

What information is needed to confirm lead time?
