Hongli Machinery builds electric counterbalance forklifts from 1 to 5 tons and diesel counterbalance forklifts from 2 to 10 tons. LPG is not a current standard product line.

Choose electric for mostly indoor work and the lowest running costs, and diesel for rough outdoor ground and long shifts. LPG is not currently offered as a standard HONGLI line; contact sales only if you have a special project requirement.

Standard masts lift to 3,000 mm across the range. If your racking sits higher, tell us the beam height — alternative mast options are quoted per order.

Both — every Hongli electric forklift model can be ordered with either lithium or lead-acid. Lithium suits multi-shift work with opportunity charging; lead-acid keeps the purchase price lower.

No — our line is counterbalance forklifts, not narrow-aisle trucks. Send us your aisle width anyway: compact models like the HLCPD10–15 (1,020–1,096 mm wide) work tighter layouts than many buyers expect.

Yes — OEM production with your brand color, logo and nameplate is standard work for us, painted during production rather than over-sprayed afterwards.

Yes, including fork extensions sized to fit Hongli trucks. Every attachment changes a forklift's effective capacity, so we confirm the de-rated figure before you order.

Standard models use Xinchai, Xichai and Quanchai engines. For regulated markets we fit certified options: EU Stage V (Yanmar, Xinchai, LS) and EPA (Cummins, LS). Tell us your country and we quote the matching engine.

Each machine ships with an operator manual, parts catalog, wiring and hydraulic diagrams, plus a service manual and maintenance schedule.

Yes, and we encourage it. Email a week ahead and we will arrange the visit — the factory is in Tai'an, Shandong Province, 332 km from Qingdao Port, with airport pick-up by advance notice.

Yes. Once specifications are agreed, you receive a proforma invoice stating the machines, configuration, price, lead time and payment terms.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment. Other arrangements can be discussed per order.

USD is standard, and other major currencies can be arranged — tell us your preference when you inquire.

We quote FOB Qingdao as standard. CIF or CFR to your port is available on request — tell us your destination and we will quote both.

Because nothing is added between the production line and your invoice. A trading company buys from a factory like ours and resells with a margin; buying direct removes that layer.

Machines are secured on wooden frames inside the container. Batteries are disconnected before dispatch, and oil and hydraulic fluids ship empty — you fill them on arrival following the manual.

Yes. Under FOB your forwarder takes over at Qingdao; if you prefer, we quote CIF and book the freight for you.

Yes — machines ship to the nearest seaport and travel onward by road or rail. Buyers in such markets usually appoint a forwarder for the inland leg; we coordinate the documents either way.

A one-year whole-machine warranty from the date the machine enters service. Major components (engine, pumps, electronics) follow their own brands' warranty terms, and we handle those claims for you.

Common wear parts (filters, seals, electrical items) ship within 24–48 hours; standard parts (pumps, valve assemblies, tires) within 3–7 days.
