How to Order

Ordering a forklift or loader from HONGLI follows seven clear steps: enquiry, quotation, order confirmation, production, pre-shipment inspection, packing and shipping, then warranty and after-sales. Tell us the model, quantity, destination port and any configuration, and sales returns an FOB quotation. After confirmation, production runs to a 15–30 day lead time from a one-unit minimum order. Each unit is inspected before packing, and you receive shipping documents and a 12-month warranty. The steps below set out what to prepare and what to expect at each stage.
