HLCPD40-B

The HLCPD40-B is HONGLI's 4,000 kg electric counterbalance forklift — built for operations that have outgrown a 2.5–3 ton truck but want to stay fully electric. A 15 kW AC drive motor and 13 kW brushless hydraulic motor handle heavy, repetitive pallet and container work, and 28° gradeability means it holds its own on ramps and loading docks. The 60–72V / 300 Ah battery runs a full shift, with a lithium option for multi-shift sites. Because it's zero-exhaust, it does the heavy indoor jobs diesel can't — cold stores, food plants, enclosed warehouses. Service weight 4,800 kg, 2,700 mm turning radius, 3 m mast.
